All online orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. In most cases orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Parcelforce Express48, with delivery expected within one week of placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information and delivery updates directly from the courier.

We currently ship to Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Unfortunately, due to restrictions and import taxes, we no longer ship to the EU and the USA.

Please note that all international orders will be sent in robust packaging. Larger tubes may be rolled in a protective tube rather than mounted and sent flat, for their protection. Additional shipping costs will be required and some countries will also add an import tax to be paid upon arrival by the customer. Please keep an eye on your tracking information provided by the courier for details.

All StavesArt prints are produced in standard sizes to fit readily available, off-the-shelf frames.

Below you will find our size guide which includes all the sizing information you will need for choosing your artwork. If buying an unframed artwork, you can use the ‘Standard frame required’ column to find the right off-the-shelf frame to fit your print.

For artwork that’s ready to hang straight on your wall, you can also choose to have your print delivered professionally framed by StavesArt. Please refer to the Framed Size dimensions in our size guide for the finished external measurements of the frame.

Picture framing tip: If framing at home we recommend visiting a professional framing gallery or art shop for high-quality frames, a wider choice of finishes and expert advice.

Mounted Prints
All mounted prints from StavesArt are supplied with a premium mount (mountboard border) and backing board, encased in a cellophane dust sleeve. Mounted prints are sent flat in a cardboard box.

International Orders
To ensure your print arrives safely, international orders are supplied in robust packaging. Larger orders may be dispatched unmounted and carefully rolled in a protective poster tube.

Framed Prints
Our framed prints are made to order and securely packaged in bespoke protective packaging, including an inner tray, foam wrapping and an outer cardboard box. Each framed print includes hanging hardware, care instructions and a cleaning cloth.

Please allow up to 15 working days for framed orders to be delivered.

If the courier is unable to deliver your order and cannot leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour, your parcel may be returned to our office. If this happens, we will arrange a second delivery as soon as possible.

To help ensure your order arrives successfully, please check that your delivery address is correct and monitor the tracking information provided by the courier. Email tracking notifications may occasionally be filtered into your junk or spam folder, so please check these if you haven’t received an update.

Where available, the courier may also provide an estimated delivery time slot and options to rearrange your delivery date or make alternative delivery arrangements.

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives having been damaged in transit, we ask that customers email info@stavesart.com with your order number and images of the damaged print, including external packaging, within 48 hours of delivery.

Once we have received the necessary information, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible.

We cannot personalise our standard prints, however if you are looking to add custom details to your artwork you can do so with our limited-edition collection or alternatively by commissioning a one of a kind artwork from Ben. Each of Ben’s artworks is a labour of love. The time required varies depending on the size of the piece and the city being illustrated, but most take between 80 and 100 hours to complete. Larger works, such as the City of London Globe, and sporting worlds can take around 3 months to complete with around 150 hours drawing time.

Ben has always had a love for drawing. From just a boy he would sit at the coffee table inventing football stadiums while watching Match of the Day with his dad but it wasn’t till 2017, he turned that lifelong hobby into StavesArt.

While studying architecture, Ben discovered his distinctive 360-degree perspective by chance through a university mapping project. He began refining his style, showcasing his work at local exhibitions. Before long, his artwork had taken centre stage, and Ben made the leap from architecture to pursue StavesArt full-time.

StavesArt doesn’t have a permanent gallery or shop, but you can see Ben’s hand-drawn artwork in person at York Shambles Market, where the team trades every Friday and Saturday, from 9am to 5pm. StavesArt also exhibits at art fairs, artisan markets and events across the UK throughout the year so there are plenty of opportunities to shop Ben’s affordable artwork in person.
